Shorter work with the principal: counsel and coaching on the evidence and decisions in front of you. It can stand alone, or sit beside a product launch. Quoted after scoping.

A certificate, a limit, and a habit do not agree. You want a senior reading of the file before someone records HOLD or RELEASE.
Audit week keeps repeating
The same gap comes back. You want to see which rule should have caught it, and whether that rule is written down anywhere a reviewer can cite.
A launch is close, or not
You are not ready for software yet. The question in front of you is narrower than a full implementation.

A short scope, in writing
We name the question, the files, and how long the work should take. Quoted after scoping. There is no open-ended retainer unless that is agreed on its own.

Certificates, temperatures, findings, briefs, and the policies you already use. The principal works from those, not from a generic manual.

Counsel you can use the same week
What to check, how to phrase a rule a later reader can cite, and what a reviewer still decides. Hands-on, and finished when the question is answered.

Advice does not become the signature.
The disposition
Counsel can clarify a suggestion. A named person on your team still records the decision.

SOPs and policies stay yours. We do not rewrite your quality system, and we do not take the quality unit’s place.
Whether software comes next
This engagement can end with clearer practice. A live demo or fuller project only starts if you ask for it.
