Invoice A — 40%
Forty percent of implementation, issued after the SOW is agreed in the panel. VPC work does not start until Paddle marks it paid.
Contracts and payment
This page is the commercial path — not the product itself. Dara Systems sells the software and the launch. There is no self-serve checkout and no trial software image. Production starts after you agree the statement of work and Invoice A is paid in Paddle.
Principal Consulting and AI Audit Project Consulting are both available by statement of work, before a VPC launch or beside one.
01
We walk through the product on a case you recognize. No software image leaves our hands until contract.
02
When you decide to launch, Dara Systems publishes the statement of work in the control panel. You agree it there.
03
Paddle is merchant of record. Invoice A (40% of implementation) starts VPC work after it is paid. B is another 40% at health check. C is the remaining 20% plus the year-1 license, due at acceptance.
04
Auditara runs in your network. You bring the model key. Cloud and model usage stay on your bill.
Invoices
Forty percent of implementation, issued after the SOW is agreed in the panel. VPC work does not start until Paddle marks it paid.
Forty percent of implementation, due when the production URL in your VPC passes a health check.
The remaining twenty percent of implementation plus the year-1 license, due at acceptance.
Pay only the bank details printed on that Paddle invoice — typically USD wire. Card is not the path we recommend for these amounts. Annual license renewals are invoiced separately. Your cloud bill and model key stay yours; we do not mark up the key.
AI assists with drafting and gathering. The investigator signs the conclusion.
